Is this my ping to the game servers?

No. We measure ping to the nearest Cloudflare server, which is a good indicator of your line quality. Ping to a specific game's servers can be higher depending on where they are.

What is jitter?

Jitter is how much your ping changes from moment to moment. Jitter above 10 ms can cause stuttering in games even when the ping itself is low.
